TAYLOR TURANO
Taylor A. Turano is a principal of Alberta Development Partners, LLC. Mr. Turano has more than 13 years of real estate experience with efforts focusing on identifying office, multi-family and retail development and acquisition opportunities, as well as sourcing and identifying debt and equity.
Prior to joining Alberta, he was Associate Managing Director of Hill Companies, LLC and was responsible for sourcing office, retail and multi-family acquisition and development opportunities, as well as overseeing all dispositions. Mr. Turano was also responsible for identifying debt and equity for all transactions. He was responsible for all day-to-day asset management, financial budgeting, as well as overseeing all of Hill Companies risk management operations. Prior to joining Hill in 2012, Mr. Turano was an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in both private client and institutional office and retail transactions.
