The Streets at SouthGlenn Announces Anchor Theater Tenant

Greenwood Village, Colo. – January 15, 2009 – The Streets at SouthGlenn, south Denver’s newest shopping destination, is pleased to announce the addition of Hollywood Theaters as an anchor tenant. Located in the heart of the project, the theater will serve as an anchor of the new shopping center along with Whole Foods, Barnes and Noble, Sears and Macy’s. The remaining available retail space is under active negotiation. Alberta Development Partners is presently negotiating leases and letters of intent for more than 150,000 additional square feet with the entire project being 70% leased. Leading national and local retailers and restaurants will be named in the near future.

Hollywood Theaters will feature 14 state-of-the-art auditoriums complete with 100% digital projection, 3-D technology and online reserved seating capabilities. The theater will house a full-service restaurant and bar, offering an alternative to typical concession faire. Six auditoriums will be outfitted with preferred balcony seating where moviegoers will enjoy first class “at-your-seat-service.” The cinema will seat 2,700 guests.

The new retail center will also be home to the Commons, a one-city-block-long park, which will feature a grand fountain and fireplace, mature landscaping, lush gardens and accented by a splendid outdoor café.
