Alberta Development Partners Plans Development at Parker and Arapahoe Roads

Greenwood Village, CO – April 11, 2006 – Alberta Development Partners, LLC, has acquired a 158-acre site at the southwest corner of the intersection of Parker Road and Arapahoe Road in Aurora, Colorado to develop Cornerstar, a 750,000 square foot regional shopping destination. Cornerstar will be home to a gourmet market, large format retailers, small shops and several restaurants. Alberta Development Partners is also considering the inclusion of more than 325 multi-family residences as a part of the development.

“This intersection is the dominant, high-traffic corner in metro Denver. Alberta Development Partners, along with the talents of Communication Arts and SEM Architects, has set out to create a place that’s as attractive and appealing as it is convenient. Construction will begin in the fall of 2006 with grand opening scheduled for spring of 2008.
