Alberta Development Partners Named Developer of the Year

Greenwood Village, CO – February 28, 2007 – Alberta Development Partners was named Developer of the Year by the Colorado chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) at their Annual Awards of Achievement Luncheon earlier this month.

NAIOP is the international association of developers, owners and professionals of commercial, industrial and mixed-use real estate. Each year, NAIOP’s Colorado chapter presents its coveted awards to those who reflect the ‘Best in Class’ for their profession.

“Alberta Development Partners was chosen as NAIOP’s 2006 Owner/Developer of the Year Award in recognition of their emergence in this region as a leader and trend setter in the expanding arena of large-scale mixed-use developments,” stated James M.
