Alberta Development Partners Expands Development Team

Greenwood Village, Colo. – Nov. 6, 2007 – Alberta Development Partners is pleased to announce that Robert L. Walter has joined the company as Executive Director of Construction. His primary responsibilities include the management and execution of the development and construction of Alberta’s retail and mixed-use developments.

Mr. Walter joins Alberta from Centro where he served as Director of Construction. While at Centro, Mr. Walter had oversight of the construction and lease execution for the properties located in the company’s western region. Over the course of his career, Mr. Walter has served as project manager on a number of retail and commercial construction projects. He has also served as Owner’s Representative for Neiman Marcus and The Ellman Companies ensuring successful completion of their development projects. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Walter has developed more than five million square feet of retail space.

Alberta is currently developing The Streets at SouthGlenn, Northlands and Cornerstar in Colorado as well as pursuing development projects in the Kansas City metro area and Texas.
