14-Screen Cinema and Outdoor Amphitheater Coming to Northlands

Greenwood Village, CO – May 16, 2006 – Alberta Development Partners and the Restaurant Entertainment Group (REG) are bringing American Screen Works, a 14-screen cinema and outdoor amphitheater, to be the center of the village at Northlands.

The 14-screen theater will have stadium seating with side tables for every two guests, upgraded interior finishes, a high-definition projection image and sound system as well as expanded concession offerings that will include appetizers, entrees, beer and wine. The outdoor amphitheater will seat 250 individuals and be home to movie premieres, special screenings as well as other corporate and public events.

Located in Broomfield at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Highway 7, Northlands will be a Colorado village-inspired regional retail destination. Alberta Development Partners has set out to create an engaging environment where people can connect with friends and family to shop, dine and be entertained. Upon the project’s completion, Northlands will be home to 1.1 million square feet of retail space.
