Alberta Development Partners Announces New Hires

Englewood, CO – February 28, 2006 – Alberta Development Partners, LLC has added Brad Beck, Jerry Richmond, Joe Bellio, Kerry O’Brien and Mike McGee to its team to assist in the development and management of multiple projects throughout the Denver-metro area including Southlands, Northlands and The Streets at Southglenn.

“The addition of five new senior staff members enhances our organization and provides the depth of talent necessary to execute the scale of projects we’re developing,” said Don Provost, principal, Alberta Development Partners. “The combined abilities and experience of Brad, Jerry, Joe, Kerry and Mike will enable our company to have even greater success in our current and future projects.”

Beck joins Alberta Development Partners as a leasing manager and will concentrate on the company’s Northlands development in Broomfield. He joins the company after five years of practicing law at Isaacson Rosenbaum, P.C., where he served a number of clients on development deals, purchase and sale agreements and negotiation of retail and office leases.

Richmond brings more than 18 years of experience to the Alberta Development Partners’ team. He is a principal with responsibility for residential properties including acquisition, entitlement and development. Previously, Richmond served as regional vice president of acquisitions for Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc.

Bellio joins Alberta Development Partners as a principal and is responsible for operations and property management. Most recently, he worked for Westfield Corp. as a senior general manager and had responsibility for overall asset management and operations of three of the top ten regional shopping centers operated by Westfield.

O’Brien joins Alberta Development Partners as director of marketing and public relations. Previously, she was with Schenkein, a Denver-based national public relations firm specializing in brand building and reputation management, where she served as an account group manager

McGee, formerly with Mills Corp., joins Alberta Development Partners as a senior project manager. His primary focus will be the completion of the Southlands project, specifically construction of Main Street and the Town Square, which is the 650,000-square-foot final phase of Southlands.
